Rolling Meadows Village members build community through social, educational, cultural, and wellness activities and connect with each other and the resources to maintain healthy and vibrant lives as we age.

Member-Focused Interest Groups that are developed from membership requests and are tailored to meet members’ interests and desires (from theater and museum groups to crafts and exercise)
Preferred Vendors List that offers members “one stop shopping” for a variety of needs – from a plumber for the leaky faucet and a techie to set up wireless internet connection to dog walkers and caterers
Social, cultural and educational programs, both no-cost and nominally fee-based, these regularly scheduled programs run the gamut of opportunities offered throughout the Twin Cities (from cocktails before the theater and continuing education at the University to docent-led museum tours and picnics in the park)
Volunteer opportunities that serve both members (our Members-Helping-Members program and the greater community)
In-home telephone calls for those who appreciate a daily check-in
Facilitated access to our preferred home healthcare providers, Ecumen at Home and AgeWell Home Care
Members-Helping-Members Program, where members volunteer to help members with a variety of needs – daily, weekly or monthly
Common Dining Tables & Member Happy Hours with members gathering at neighborhood restaurants or bars – Dutch treat!
Annual Members-Only Celebration that serves as both an “annual meeting” for the Board to celebrate achievements and preview opportunities and for members to enjoy an evening of delicious food, beverages and conversation
Courteous, friendly staff ready to help you take advantage of everything we have to offer – from how to manage your online profile and search for your favorite activities to finding a handyman and developing a new interest group
Members-only website that serves as your member-to-member connection, provides an up-to-date, detailed calendar of events with online sign-up and so much more

Fee-based services

Rolling Meadows Village has created and regularly updates a list of preferred vendors for members who request a commercial or professional provider – such as carpentry, electrical, personal home-care assistance and domestic cleaning services. In addition, a variety of social and educational events may require the cost of tickets, tuition, speaker fees, dining, etc. If you do not see what you’re looking for, remember: we’re a member-driven organization. Your request is our command! Let us know what you need and our staff will locate the service for you.
